Vulnerability Details: This vulnerability allows remote attackers to bypass authentication on affected installations of VMware vRealize Operations. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within MainPortalFilter class.

The issue results from the ability to request access to protected resources using a publically available dashboard link. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the root user.
